Job summary
Target is hiring an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Technician 3 on a night shift in our Supply Chain Facility. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical and mechanical systems on material handling equipment, including conveyors and robotics.
You’ll diagnose PLCs, sensors, and drives, perform preventive maintenance, and support safety and efficiency initiatives. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in maintenance, strong wiring and diagram skills, and the ability to work across
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or cert in industrial maintenance required.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automation systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain electrical/mechanical aspects of MHE: conveyors, robotics, ASRS.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment; improve reliability.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and calibrations.
- Diagnose PLCs, sensors, drives; update documentation.
- Collaborate across teams; generate work orders and reports.
