Job summary

TXM INC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a brand-new distribution facility in PA to ensure continuous operation of automated storage systems. You will perform preventative, reactive, and planned maintenance on conveyors and related machinery, using electrical and mechanical skills to keep systems running at peak capacity.

The role requires experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes, plus CMMS reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on conveyors/material handling equipment.
• Experience in a high-pressurized maintenance environment.
• Experience on PLC systems, sensors, motors, inverters, control panels, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.
• Experience performing preventive and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Experience reporting work orders and inputting breakdown information using a CMMS.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis using a known methodology.
• Eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Preventative, Reactive and Planned Maintenance tasks across the site, as well as contributing to Continuous Improvement tasks.
• Performing Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on Automated Storage Retrieval Systems, and Storage and picking systems.
• Reporting Job details, breakdown information and follow up tasks in a CMMS system.
• Providing exceptional maintenance support to the on-site customer’s installed systems.
• General care and housekeeping of machinery and work areas.
• 12.5-hour Night shifts (5pm – 5:30am) – 2-2-3 schedule; may change based on customer/site needs.
