Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot and repair packaging equipment, AVG systems, and robotics. The technician will use PLCs, HMIs, and motor drives with strong electrical/mechanical knowledge to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include regular inspections, diagnostics, and repairs while following GMP and OSHA rules. CMMS usage for PMs and work orders is required, along with safety-first collaboration with teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance in food/beverage or similar.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with 24VDC to 480VAC 3-phase electricity.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, drives and robotics.
• Ability to read schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical production equipment.
• Detect malfunctions and defects in automation systems.
• Follow GMP and OSHA guidelines and report noncompliance.
• Manage time effectively and complete tasks as directed.
• Use CMMS to track PMs, work orders, repairs, and parts.
• Operate forklift and use power/hand tools safely.
• Observe safety rules and assist in enforcement.
