Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical aptitude preferred.
• Associate's degree or technical certificate preferred.
• 1 year of experience as an industrial maintenance technician preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams preferred.
• Prior experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and reliability services in the plant with safety as a core value.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Install, start up, and adjust equipment; participate in process improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate records and support reliability reporting using CMMS.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and support teams to meet KPI goals.
• Adhere to GMPs, food safety, and quality requirements; work scheduled shifts including nights.
