Job summary

You will work night shift 2-2-3, 6pm-6am, 14-15 days per month, collaborating with maintenance, operations, and support teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate degree or technical certificate is preferred.
• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve preventive and corrective maintenance to enhance asset reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform installations and startups as needed.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance activities and spare parts; support reliability reporting.
• Adhere to safety (Safety as a Core Value), GMP, and food quality standards.
