Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. in Gaylord, MN, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and reliability tasks across the plant on a 12-hour night shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am).

You will work with maintenance and operations teams to keep equipment healthy and compliant with safety and quality standards. The role requires technical aptitude, ability to read schematics, and experience with SAP; prior industrial maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant technical certification preferred.
• Associate degree or technical certificate strongly preferred.
• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and P&ID diagrams.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform installations or startups.
• Support reliability reporting and RCA input.
• Follow GMPs and food safety policies.
• Work with reliability and maintenance teams for safety and cost goals.
• Maintain accurate records and use CMMS.
