Job summary

Ideal candidates have a GED or higher with related technical training and SAP experience; strong communication skills and the ability to work safely. Weekend/holiday coverage may be required, with day shift exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or two-year technical certificate preferred.
• 1 year of experience as an industrial maintenance technician preferred.
• Ability to read and decipher mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams preferred.
• Prior experience with SAP preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Document work order progress and results in the CMMS.
• Support reliability initiatives and asset health improvements.
• Adhere to safety, GMP, and quality policies.
