Job summary

Pennex in Leetonia, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for night shift (6pm–6am) with rotating weekends. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facilities equipment to minimize downtime across extrusions, furnaces, and related systems.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC logic, and electrical/mechanical knowledge, with strong diagnostic skills and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience should include welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, relay logic, PLC logic, bearings, gear reducers, alignment, and pipe installation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls to diagnose and repair equipment, prioritizing repairs with plant leadership guidance.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair or replace hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, combustion, and electronic components.
