Qualifications

• 4–6+ years maintaining and installing industrial equipment (electrical and mechanical).
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Proactive self-starter who collaborates well with a team.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and overtime as needed.
• Preferred: PLC familiarity, pneumatics/hydraulics, welding.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read schematics and ladder logic to isolate faults.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance with tools and test equipment.
• Collaborate with production to prioritize work orders and support changeovers.
• Document maintenance activities and suggest reliability improvements.
