Job summary

The AZEK Company in Ohio is hiring a Maintenance Technician on the Night Shift (D Crew) to diagnose and repair industrial equipment, minimize downtime, and sustain production line performance. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems using PLCs and VFDs, with attention to safety and quality.

We seek at least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, the ability to work independently on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule, and a strong history of root-cause

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Able to work independently with limited direction.
• Strong troubleshooting of industrial equipment in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures.
• Use VFDs, motor control, HMIs, and PLC logic for troubleshooting.
• Maintain and improve production line performance with rapid response.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance and ensure scheduled PMs.
• Communicate effectively with operators and supervise maintenance teams.
