Job summary

United Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Nightshift Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Mt. Pleasant, PA.

This full-time role requires troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and automated production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations. The position offers a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with night shifts, weekly pay, and long-term manufacturing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with PLCs and automated equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment drawings.
• Willing to work rotating night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and complete repairs.
• Work with motors, wiring, switches, PLCs, electrical controls, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect machinery and identify issues to minimize downtime.
• Tear down, repair, adjust, and reassemble machinery as needed.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams and manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate with production personnel and outside contractors.
