Job summary

Sartori Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to perform equipment repairs and preventative maintenance across the facilities. The role includes troubleshooting electrical and electronic panels, and monitoring utility systems.

The position is developmental, with a path toward Maintenance Tech III, and operates Friday–Sunday from 6pm to 6am. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, maintaining refrigeration equipment, fabricating parts, welding, and maintaining safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ maintenance or related field experience.
• Training certifications in trades or pursuing a Maintenance Apprenticeship or Electro‑Mech degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, pumps, piping, electrical, and controls.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC components and motor control systems.
• Complete work orders and document all activities.
• Operate refrigeration equipment including startup/shutdown and maintenance.
• Fabricate repair parts and perform welding repairs.
• Maintain inventories and procure parts as needed.
• Follow Safety and GMP policies and report issues promptly.
