Job summary

The AZEK Company in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for PVC C Crew (6:45PM-7AM). This role maintains production lines and safety equipment, performs lockout/tagout, and supports line commissioning on a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 5–7 years of experience, and knowledge of PLC logic; forklift certification is a plus. The position requires flexibility and cross-functional collaboration across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Knowledge of PLC logic and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Experience with lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production lines and equipment to ensure uptime.
• Maintain guarding and safety equipment on all lines.
• Perform lockout/tagout on lines and isolate energy sources.
• Support preventative maintenance and line commissioning.
• Record daily tasks and assist with plant projects as needed.
