Job summary

AZEK Company in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift (6:45PM–7AM) on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule. The role includes supporting 6S/TPM, coaching operators on preventive maintenance, and contributing to line commissioning after maintenance events.

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and requires 2–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, with strong skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Forklift experience is required.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or similar role.
Proven experience with electrical, electronic, motor drives, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to troubleshoot to minimize downtime and reduce troubleshooting time by 15%.

Responsibilities

Maintain production lines and equipment with aim of minimal downtime.
Prioritize and complete work orders on time with Maintenance Manager and shift leaders.
Coach operators in preventive maintenance checks to reduce issues on the floor.
Support preventative maintenance processes to reduce unplanned downtime.
Assist with plant projects to improve overall efficiency.
Operate with teamwork to meet site objectives.
Complete any additional tasks assigned by supervision within timeframes.
