Amrize North America Inc. seeks aMaintenance Technician on the night shift to maintain and troubleshoot high-speed automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced facility. You will handle reliability-centered maintenance, perform PMs, and use CMMS to manage work orders.

This role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and a drive to advance predictive technologies. Nights, occasional extra shifts, and safety-conscious teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree [GED] required.
• Min 5 years prior experience in similar role.
• General mechanical / electrical component knowledge.
• Computer software applications experience required (i.e., MS Office, ERP, etc.)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintaincomposure under stress and offering solutions to resolve issues.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and manage time to meet frequentlychanging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly professional and dependable; safety and customer service oriented.
• Proactive; foresee shortcomings and risks associated with parts, supplies andconsumables. Formulate a plan to avoid the risks.
• Self-motived

Aufgaben

• Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform reliability-centered and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Respond to production line issues and investigate root causes.
• Create and present maintenance reports to supervision.
• Execute PMs and work orders via the CMMS.
• Collaborate with night shift mechanics on repairs when lines are down.
