Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and keep production lines running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, the ability to read manuals and schematics, and a commitment to safety. You’ll work 6:30pm to 7:00am with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Industrial Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to support continuous production.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
