Job summary

RRD is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician on the Night Shift to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed automated machinery, troubleshoots electromechanical issues, and supports production teams to maximize throughput.

Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, performing repairs, training technicians, and maintaining PM records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree, technical certification, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and troubleshoot problems to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance following the PM plan and documented procedures.
• Inspect machinery daily, document issues, and schedule repairs.
• Record maintenance activities and train/new technicians as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and administrative duties as assigned.
