Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Mechanic for the G shift (Weekend Nights) at our York, PA facility to maintain and repair equipment across GMP and nonregulated areas. Under general supervision, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and shop fabrication, and support high-speed production lines with CMMS and SAP knowledge where applicable.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a lean manufacturing environment and a High School Diploma or GED; preferred

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of proven maintenance experience in a fast-paced lean environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting with GMP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and adhere to policies.
• Perform maintenance on production lines, repairs, and set-ups.
• Execute PMs, work orders, and improvement projects via CMMS.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and improve OEE.
• Coordinate maintenance with production needs.
