Job summary

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, assist with setup and modifications, and maintain accurate CMMS records to support uptime and safety. The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1+ year in manufacturing or food production, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 5-day schedule with overtime.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain CMMS records and accurate documentation.
• Follow GMPs, safety protocols, and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to minimize downtime.
• Support basic welding, fabrication, and millwright activities as needed.
