Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Maintenance Team Member to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production operations in Medina, NY. The role covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic fabrication to support packaging and HVAC systems.

As a full-time position with a 2:00pm–10:30pm shift (Mon–Fri) and OT as needed, you will work with a collaborative team to minimize downtime, uphold GMPs, and contribute to food safety and quality across production lines.

Qualifications

• Education & experience: High School Diploma or GED; minimum 1 year in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification is preferred (required for Advanced Level) and willingness to obtain it if not already held.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records in CMMS systems.
• Follow all safety protocols and uphold GMPs and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
