Job summary

Leprino Foods in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Maintenance Tech for night shift to install, repair, and maintain a 600+ person cheese and whey facility. You will calibrate instrumentation, perform mechanical and electrical work, and ensure food safety and quality policies are followed.

Position pays $37 per hour with an additional $1 differential for hours from 6pm to 6am. Weekly pay and on-site work at the facility are included, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English to follow SOPs and GMPs.
• Able to perform essential job functions and maintain clean work area.
• Willingness to work nights and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, disassemble, repair, and maintain equipment.
• Calibrate plant instrumentation (temperature, flow, pH, vacuum, pressure).
• Repair pumps, valves, conveyors, gear boxes; weld/fabricate as needed.
