You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot conveyors, sortation equipment, and related systems.
• Experience repairing mechanical and electrical components from blueprints/schematics.
• Hands‑on work with motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, servo drives, and external I/O devices.
• Strong safety and reporting skills with documentation in work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults on conveyors and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
• Collaborate with fulfillment ops to prioritize repairs supporting critical output.
• Ensure safe operation of ladders, aerial lifts, and PITs; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
