Job summary

Randstad USA in Missouri is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our 3rd shift at a fast-paced distribution facility. You will perform preventative maintenance on automated conveyors, diagnose electrical issues, and support general plant upkeep to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 2-3+ years industrial maintenance, work with 480V power and basic PLC I/O, and ability to operate boom or scissor lifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of industrial, warehouse, or logistics maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with 480V power, basic PLC I/O diagnostic reading, motors, gearboxes, and conveyor belt alignment.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs on automated conveyor systems.
• Perform basic PLC troubleshooting by monitoring inputs and outputs (I/O) to identify conveyor faults.
• Perform basic plumbing and building electrical repairs; troubleshoot pneumatic components.
