Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on conveyors and facility systems at our US Midwest Distribution Center. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on heavy industrial equipment, including AC/DC controls and PLC-based systems up to 480V.

You’ll document work orders and support safety and lockout/tagout policies. Ideal candidates read schematics, work with electrical drawings, and manage multiple

Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with high/low voltage, AC/DC and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on conveyors and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on conveyor systems.
• Document labor, parts and inventory in work orders and CMMS.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures; operate with multiple priorities.
• Support minor projects and provide training to lower-grade technicians.
