Job summary

Reach Logistics in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an industrial Maintenance Technician to service conveyors, sortation, and automation across multiple sites. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems to minimize downtime and keep operations running.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, CMMS experience, and ability to work a flexible schedule; preferred are technical certification and an associate degree, plus experience with automated conveyors and PIT

Qualifications

Experience maintaining material handling equipment with OEM/safety standards.
3–5 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in distribution/fulfillment.
Preferred: 3+ years with automated conveyor systems and maintenance apprenticeship.
Preferred: technical certification and 2+ year degree or higher in related field.
3+ years in trades and electrical troubleshooting up to 480V.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control systems (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs).
Outstanding attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on conveyors, sortation, and AS/RS equipment.
Inspect and troubleshoot automated conveyance and sortation.
Plan, schedule and implement corrective actions; log work orders in CMMS.
Read schematics for motor control circuits and diagnose faults.
Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Maintain safety in maintenance and production areas.
