Job summary

Otsuka ICU Medical LLC is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead shift-based maintenance teams responsible for the safety and performance of maintenance mechanics and the reliability of production lines. The role focuses on preventive, reactive, and deferred maintenance across the plant with escalation coordination as needed.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/industrial preferred) and demonstrate experience in supervising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel.
• Experience with preventive, reactive, and deferred maintenance.
• Ability to pass Vision and Hearing tests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance mechanics on shift for safety and performance.
• Direct maintenance activities including preventive, reactive, and deferred work.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance Management on escalation.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop maintenance personnel.
• Ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.
• Prepare reports for MTBF, RCA, and FMEA and reduce downtime.
• Plan PM activities and shutdowns.
• Coordinate programs with Plant Engineering and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Take on special projects as needed.
• Pass Vision and Hearing tests.
