Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Endicott, NY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a night shift to lead a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on repairing plant equipment, minimizing downtime, and achieving safety goals while collaborating with production and management teams.

This position requires strong leadership, safety focus, and hands-on troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Excellent coaching and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, develop and build a strong team of employees.
• Must have experience reading machine blueprints and using basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to repair plant equipment and minimize downtime.
• Coach and provide timely feedback; conduct reviews and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Schedule staff and manage temporary hires as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance and regular inspections on equipment.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper documentation of operations.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Order tools, equipment, and parts; manage inventory and procurements.
• Read and interpret blueprints; construct fixtures as required.
