Job summary

Ultipro in Omaha, NE is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure maintenance activities run smoothly and facility systems function correctly. You will supervise maintenance staff on the night shift and follow plant SOPs, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Candidates should have strong electrical, welding, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, industrial, and PLC experience, with good communication and organizational skills. This role may require long hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Strong electrical, welding, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, industrial, PLC experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be well-organized with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and performs highly diversified duties concerning production and facility and installs and maintains facility grounds, buildings, and other facility equipment.
• Supervises installing and replacing motors, pumps, drives, belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves on process equipment, facility equipment, and forklifts.
• Oversees repairs to machines involving machine guarding, bolt replacement, and breakdowns due to mechanical wear.
• Assign team members preventative maintenance tasks on facility equipment.
• Understand the tools and equipment needed to do each job.
• Understand and determine when and what type of maintenance is needed.
