Job summary

Mission Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee Leads and Mechanics in daily plant operations. You will repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, using electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure operable conditions.

You will lead safety audits, train staff, and enforce OSHA compliance while continuously improving the PM program and plant equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 3 years maintenance in a manufacturing plant required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory capacity (or 4 years as lead) in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Leads and Mechanics in daily activities.
• Repair, install and perform preventive maintenance on all production equipment.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA) and sanitation audits.
• Train department staff in troubleshooting techniques and equipment operation.
• Maintain and improve the preventive maintenance program and schedule.
• Communicate progress and opportunities for advancement to employees.
