Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Humble, TX facility to lead a team of electricians and mechanics on the night shift. You will drive the maintenance plan, ensure asset reliability, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong CMMS skills, experience with ammonia/freezer systems, and hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical and robotic equipment. Overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of industrial mechanical experience.
• Experience leading and supervising a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot pumps, fans, ovens, valves, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Experience with Fanuc or ABB robotics troubleshooting.
• CMMS and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Electricians and Mechanics executing the maintenance plan.
• Provide leadership to operation line teams and participate in Daily Direction Setting meetings.
• Support standard work to eliminate breakdowns and implement actions.
• Create schedules to align resources and reduce MTTR; manage overtime and vacations.
• Conduct team performance appraisals.
• Coach technicians to maintain maintenance standards and reduce losses.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety policies.
• Ensure maintenance activities are tracked in the CMMS.
