Dessert Holdings is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our 3rd shift manufacturing operations in Humble, TX. This role maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production and facility equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, with PLC troubleshooting, 480V systems, VFDs, and motors, and can uphold SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards to ensure food safety and product quality.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance with an electrical focus.
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with 480V electrical systems and VFDs.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and OEM documentation.
• Must have own tools and be on site within two weeks of hire.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Must complete HACCP certification and forklift training or be willing to obtain it within 90 days.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot PLCs and automated control systems, identifying faults and diagnosing issues.
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems up to 480 volts.
• Troubleshoot and repair VFDs, sensors, motors, and motor controls.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and OEM documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
• Assist with equipment improvements and non-routine repairs as needed.
