Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Electricians and Mechanics in Humble, TX, ensuring asset reliability, preventive maintenance, and timely execution of the maintenance plan on the 10 PM–6 AM shift.

You will drive process improvements, coach technicians, manage CMMS records, and uphold SQF, HACCP and GMP standards while maintaining a safe, productive food manufacturing environment and collaborating with operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of industrial mechanical experience.
• Experience leading and supervising a maintenance team.
• Ability to troubleshoot pumps, fans, ovens, valves and hydraulics.
• Familiarity with Fanuc and ABB robotics troubleshooting.
• Experience with ammonia and freezer systems.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office; forklift capable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and mechanics to execute the maintenance plan.
• Provide leadership and support to operation line teams during Daily Direction Setting.
• Create schedules to align resources and reduce MTTR while managing overtime and vacations.
• Conduct team performance appraisals and coaching.
• Maintain safe and compliant work environment per SQF/HACCP/GMP.
• Ensure maintenance activities are tracked in CMMS and documented.
• Support Autonomous Maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate within quality management systems and safety standards.
