Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of industrial mechanical experience.
- Two-year technical degree preferred.
- Experience leading and supervising a team.
- Ability to troubleshoot pumps, fans, ovens, and controls.
- Experience with Fanuc/ABB robotics troubleshooting.
- Experience with ammonia and freezer systems.
- CMMS and MS Office proficiency.
- Forklift license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Must read/write/speak English.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of electricians and mechanics on the maintenance plan.
- Provide leadership to operations and participate in daily direction settings.
- Maintain safe workplace and ensure compliance with GMP/SQF/HACCP.
- Develop schedules to align resources and reduce MTTR, manage overtime.
- Coach technicians and promote autonomous maintenance.
- Ensure maintenance activities are tracked in the CMMS and documented.
