Job summary

Seaboard Triumph Foods is seeking a Hot Side Maintenance Superintendent (Nights) to supervise maintenance for plant production operations, directing repairs, PMs and projects across hot, cold, and material handling areas.

The role requires engineering education and extensive mechanical supervisory experience, with a focus on safety and effective team leadership within a meat processing facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred; five years mechanical field experience and five years supervisory experience in mechanical field; 2–3 years in meat processing desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control maintenance activities for plant operations and equipment.
• Coordinate night shift activities for hot, cold and material handling sides.
• Oversee PM schedule, repairs, projects, and startups to keep plant running.
• Lead safety programs, ensure compliance with OSHA/FSIS regulations, and document incidents.
