Job summary

The role requires a college degree in engineering or substantial supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, plus strong communication skills and experience with AS400, M3, AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• College degree in engineering or more than four (4) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Some positions under this title may require extension knowledge of refrigeration systems and rendering processes.
• Excellent computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with AS400, M3, AutoCAD, Carlisle, Bradley Allen systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Applies systematic engineering principles to monitor equipment and perform repairs and preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Supervises a team that interprets work orders to determine maintenance needs.
• Investigates and resolves operational constraints to minimize downtime.
• Analyzes daily data to ensure consistent operations and performance.
