Job summary

Premier Outdoor Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Reliability Technician for a 12-hour night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule at our Green Bay facility. You will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot a range of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep equipment safe and productive.

The role requires strong hands-on problem solving, ability to work independently, and a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Five years of related maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong practical understanding of industrial maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting and read electrical diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical systems; diagnose issues with components.
• Operate hand and power tools; weld and fabricate as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and data; support continuous improvement.
