Job summary

Campbell's in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift to ensure equipment and facility systems operate safely and reliably. The role supports continuous improvement initiatives, maximizes uptime, and maintains regulatory standards across the plant.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, interpret technical documents, and collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and EHS teams to optimize plant reliability on a 12-hour night schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass plant-specific maintenance skills assessments.
• Working knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Experience using CMMS for documenting maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all plant and maintenance safety procedures, including LOTO, Arc Flash, and Hot Work Permit requirements.
• Support confined space entry procedures and assist with alternate entry requirements when appropriate.
• Adhere to all GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Properly use and maintain required PPE in accordance with OSHA and company standards.
• Identify and recommend improvements to maintenance processes, equipment performance, and plant reliability.
• Execute and document planned and unplanned maintenance work through CMMS.
• Install, repair, troubleshoot, rebuild, and modify equipment, machinery, tools, and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections, corrective repairs, equipment rebuilds, and special projects.
• Respond to and resolve equipment failures and breakdowns.
• Utilize RCA, BDA, Cause Mapping, and other problem-solving methodologies.
