SMC Ltd. in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical systems like pumps, boilers, conveyors, and ensure safety standards.

This hands-on role requires climbing ladders and working in varied environments, with a 6 PM to 6 AM night shift on a 3/2 schedule. Two years maintenance experience and blueprints reading are preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ maintenance experience; injection molding experience preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills; ability to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and robotics.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair and fabricate production equipment; welding, cutting, assembly, painting, finishing.
• Perform maintenance of manufacturing equipment, dismantle machinery/parts, repair/replace parts, install equipment as directed.
• Perform preventive maintenance as directed.
• Regular attendance.
