Job summary

Kellanova seeks a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor for our Blue Anchor plant in Hammonton, NJ, to oversee technicians and drive reliability improvements on a 7 pm–7 am, 24/7 operation.

You will lead maintenance teams, apply Lean principles, solve mechanical and electrical issues, and collaborate with trades to cut costs and boost efficiency. The role requires strong communication, SAP/Microsoft Office proficiency, and a proven capability to work off-shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and related work experience.
• Plant/industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude; proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Clear communication and problem-solving; ability to lead.
• Able to work an off shift.
