Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Kinston, NC is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across the plant, facilities, and powerhouse.

You’ll drive preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep production lines running at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience, strong problem solving, PLC and electrical knowledge, and the ability to develop KPIs and maintain records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams or projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot high-level process issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work long hours and weekends.
• Knowledge of safety and USDA regulations.
• Knowledge of TPM and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance, as well as machine repairs.
• Supervise and support maintenance systems, processes, and documentation to ensure high performance.
• Ensure maintenance is scheduled timely and in collaboration with Production to address equipment and facility repairs.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance systems (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOPs, Safety, etc.).
• Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day support for troubleshooting, problem analysis, and equipment failures. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Develop and maintain KPIs for tracking maintenance performance.
• Provide regular status reports to the maintenance management team.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory.
