Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lead, train and mentor staff.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in PM, predictive maintenance, and repairs.
• Oversee maintenance systems, processes and documentation for high performance.
• Schedule maintenance with Production to minimize downtime.
• Develop TPM, SOPs, Safety programs and improve maintenance processes.
• Provide troubleshooting support and KPI reporting to management.
• Maintain records and ensure USDA compliance.
