Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for the Night Shift at our Sioux Falls, SD plant. You will lead a high‑performing maintenance team, guiding reactive, corrective, and preventive work to support asset optimization in a growing facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Knowledge of general construction, electrical, mechanical systems, and CMMS.
• Experience with SAP and safety/compliance standards.
• Previous supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Improve workspace organization using Shop Tools and 5S.
• Supervise daily maintenance work and allocate resources.
• Participate in site DMS meetings and report KPIs.
• Track and report maintenance KPIs weekly.
• Lead root-cause analysis for breakdowns and reliability losses.
• Contribute to maintenance strategy improvements.
