Job summary

MillerKnoll in United States is seeking a dedicated maintenance supervisor to lead a shift of technicians and contribute as a journeyman on the maintenance team. You will be responsible for documenting repairs, PMs, and safety procedures to keep equipment reliable and productive.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Production and Quality to ensure timely machine repairs, enforce safety rules, and drive continuous improvements. Journeyman card and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman card in mechanical/electrical field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Maintenance certificate and pursuing an Associates degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with CNC, PLC, and machine control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of maintenance technicians and provide journeyman-level work.
• Document repairs, set-ups, PMs and safety procedures for equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production and Quality for timely repairs.
• Oversee safety, housekeeping and shift turnover communications.
• Schedule overtime and input on spare parts for inventory.
