Job summary

MI Windows and Doors in Millersburg, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diversified duties installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. The role supports safety and productivity in a large manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, documenting maintenance, coordinating with utilities and outside contractors, and ensuring OSHA and company safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years in maintenance in manufacturing, or 5+ years in manufacturing with basic training.
• Basic rigging skills and understanding of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read meters and diagnostic equipment and follow safety procedures (LOTO, PPE).
• Strong written/verbal communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, PM, and repair equipment in assigned area.
• Maintain open communication with maintenance team and supervision.
• Complete work orders and document completion details.
• Maintain MRO documentation and part inventories.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for projects and improvements.
