Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Mail Sorter) for 1st shift at our Charlotte, NC facility. The role focuses on presorting mail, reviewing date, postage, and barcodes, and ensuring quality before production.

You will work Tue-Sat 1:00AM–9:15AM EST and earn $16.50 per hour. The successful candidate will troubleshoot jams, monitor mail quality, understand USPS labels and bin/tray numbering, and follow QA processes to meet SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare outgoing mail by reviewing date, postage, and barcodes.
• Communicate errors and detect bad barcodes.
• Troubleshoot and remove mail jams from machines.
• Monitor mail quality before processing and dispatch.
• Understand USPS labels and bin/tray numbers and follow presort requirements.
• Ensure sorter equipment runs properly and assist with inbound/outbound processing.
• Meet service level agreements and maintain a safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as required.
