Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing mail by reviewing date, postage, and barcodes for production.
• Identify and communicate barcode errors and bad barcodes in mail/packages.
• Troubleshoot and clear mailpiece jams from equipment.
• Monitor mail quality before processing and before dispatch.
• Understand USPS labels, zip codes, and bin/tray relationships.
• Follow Quality Management System procedures to ensure output quality.
