Pitney Bowes OY is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Mail Sorter) for the 3rd shift in Charlotte, NC. The role offers a total pay of $19.50 per hour ($16.50 base + $3 shift differential) and requires flexibility for overtime, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing permit and metered mail by reviewing date, postage, and barcodes.
• Communicate errors and bad barcodes found in mail/packages.
• Troubleshoot and remove mail piece jams from machine.
• Monitor mail quality prior to processing and before dispatch.
• Understand USPS labels and matching bin numbers to tray numbers.
• Follow Quality Management Systems to assure output quality.
• Assist inbound and outbound mail processing.
• Ensure mail is prepared to meet SLAs.
• Promote a clean, safe work area.
