Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift with differential in Lincoln, RI. You will set up, operate and monitor production machines to meet quality standards.

You will perform in-process inspections, maintain 5-S standards, and work with Leads and Supervisors to ensure continuous production and safety. Requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with manufacturing equipment; you must follow detailed instructions and adapt to a demanding schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment recommended.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines to maintain continuous production at required quality levels.
• Performs in-process inspections and ensures parts meet visual standards.
• Produces parts in correct quantity per production schedule.
• Conducts pre-operation checks and startup procedures.
• Maintains 5-S standards and keeps work area clean and safe.
• Communicates with Leads, Supervisors, and maintenance for issues.
• Adapts to changes and supports KPI targets for safety, quality, and productivity.
