Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associates degree or technical training is a plus.
• Experience operating manufacturing, packaging, or process equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines to maintain continuous production at high quality with minimal waste.
• Performs in-process inspections to ensure parts meet visual standards.
• Produces parts in the correct quantity per the production schedule.
• Prepares equipment and performs start-up procedures for proper operation.
• Adjusts machine settings to specifications and timelines.
• Conducts quality checks on final product and packaging.
• Meets KPI targets for safety, quality, production, efficiency and service.
• Reports material usage and enters data in production reports.
• Identifies and communicates tooling needs and maintenance concerns.
