Job summary

RealTruck Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler for the 2nd shift in Lincoln, RI. You will assemble products per work instructions, meet production goals, and maintain a clean, safe work environment on-site.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and ability to read and interpret manuals and safety rules. Prior training or experience is preferred, with potential for growth and cross-training across stations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
